What is Cinco De Egg-o (Eggfest)?
Eggfest is an event dedicated to the Big Green Egg Smoker. "Eggheads" (EggEnthusiasts) family and friends travel from all over to participate and share in the fun and festivities. Whether you own a Big Green Egg or just want to sample some unique new tastes from BBQ to baked goods, the Eggfest is for you!

Stay tuned for more details: We are planning an Iron Egg Chef competition and new activities for the kids. We will be announcing the specific theme related contests in a little while. In the meantime, those of you who are coming should get out your Mexican cookbooks, and start studying. As is a Waldorf Eggfest tradition; we will be awarding prizes for best costume, best group costume and best Cinco-de-eggo themed cook site.
Margarita's will be included in a tasting contest. Melissa has already volunteered (as an expert Margarita connoisseur) to judge this contest.
